The food menu was quite overpriced. For instance, charging ₹350 for a single parotta is not reasonable, especially when the portion is only slightly bigger than a coin-sized parotta and is not an authentic Kerala-style parotta. Given the portion size and quality, the pricing does not feel justified.

We got upgraded to a Villa. Also, it was a special occasion for me and my wife, which the property took a notice of and they made some surpirse arrangements. The chef in particular was awesome. We had some feedback about the dinner and the very next day, the chef personally took note of it and prepared the meals for us that was amazing and as per our taste

The overall vibe of the property is good. Relaxing Beach, Amazing Rooms & some of the activities like zipline, moonlight raft etc. makes the stay a nice comfortable vacation.

The property is highly overhyped and, in our experience, did not justify the price charged. Service levels were disappointing. The staff was not prompt, and even basic requests required multiple follow-ups—whether it was housekeeping or in-room dining. None of the staff we interacted with showed any extra effort or warmth to make the stay comfortable or memorable. What was particularly strange and unpleasant was being bothered for room clearance post 11 PM, which is completely unacceptable and disruptive. For families with children, this resort offers very little. There were practically no activities for kids. The so-called kids’ play area was just a small room with a handful of toys—far from what one would expect from a premium resort. Children were largely left to fend for themselves. Even simple activities like cycling within the property were chargeable, which felt petty given the overall tariff. Overall, the experience lacked hospitality, attention to detail, and value for money. Would not recommend this property, especially for families traveling with children.
