The hostel is well located with easy access to the Center and also all stations (Bus, Tram and Train). The Design of the hostel is also nice. The staff is helpful and listening.
Breakfast could be more varied included in the same breakfast formula instead of paying for extra.

Location and rooms.
Sometimes cleaning but I think guests are also responsible.

Rooms were well thought out, breakfast was cooked to order. Quiet rooms.
Hotel was very busy so sometimes it was quicker to use the stairs. Not really a problem.

Room was ok, but nothing special. Only 1 pillow and 1 towel per guest.
We arrived late and check in took a really long time. The second night the kids were jet lagged and awoke at 2AM hungry. We asked they would reheat leftovers for us and they said no outside food allowed… but there wasn’t an open restaurant at the hotel! Only a vending machine. Disappointing. Everything costs extra, holding luggage, late check-out, bike usage. For the price, I expected more.
