Perfect experience, would highly recommend

Super nice apartment with awesome view, walking distance to old town, inside we found everything we needed.

Beautiful view from the balcony

View from the balcony was beautiful! Apartment had all we needed and more. Even a washing machine and detergent! Enough room for 4-5 people to sleep. Location is good but heavy to climb up in the heat... Host was helpful and we were lucky to get early check in.

Bathtub a bit worn out but we didn't need it. The lock on the door was old and the door was difficult to get locked.

Only there for one night so bit hard to comment. Just a lack of a lift to the 4th floor

Apartment was a nice size

There is no lift and since I have a leg injury climbing 76 steps was very hard. Car parking was impossible....but I got lucky later but that needs to be highlighted I don't need to park miles away and walk up steep hills. As well it is not 700 m from the city. more like double that

relaxing….great view and the best sleep

we loved this apartment and we sleep so well as the bed was super comfortable and it had a beautiful view of old town Dubrovnik . the owner was very nice and she even checked it with us to see if we needed more towels or anything.

the stairs were a bit of a problem but after the first day we walked to town but alway took a taxi back to the apartment 8 euro.

Wonderful stay at a very nice apartment with exceptional view and very helpful host.

Exceptional view! Wonderful walk down to the old town with so nice scenery!

To little hot water in the shower, it suddenly went cold. Had to turn it off and on.

We loved the location and views and felt it was good value for money.

Amazing views. Comfortable apartment. Nice to have an outdoor area as well as the balconies. Twenty minute walk into Old Dubrovnik and close to a 'beach' where you could swim.

No information at all about getting into the property on arrival. We were told someone would meet us. No one came. The number we called was never answered. We ended up having to phone Booking.com in London, who then had to phone the management company, to find out that the keys were hidden. It might have been easier just to tell us that in the first place! Despite being clean, the property was a little run down - repairs needing doing here and there (like sockets coming out of walls, a cracked window etc.

Absolutely perfect and safe vacation!

beautiful view of both the ocean and Old Town. very nice and clean flat. even better in person than the photos show!! Very well equipped and very welcoming hosts. Easy to check in and out. Very safe even when walking at night.

My own fitness was not up to par for the walking ☺️

Exceptional Views!! Hosts were awesome! Loved my stay!

The hosts were amazing! Very kind and helpful and went above and beyond - helping with luggage up the stairs to the apartment, and back down when I was leaving. They also drove me to the airport! :) The view was the BEST!!!

It was a 20-min walk to the old town - all down hill, but coming back, I took an uber because there are quite a few stairs to get back. However, the views are so amazing that it didn't matter :)

Spectacular views of the Adriatic and Dubrovnik, close to all amenities, restaurants bars, etc.

The view of the Adriatic sea from the balcony was amazing as well as the view down to the walled city of Dubrovnik, it was a 10 minute walk down to the city, uphill on the way back. There is a convenience store right next door for essentials like fresh bread, milk etc. run by a very nice friendly lady. There is a basketball court to keep teenagers happy. The apartment was very spacious and well kept, everything was as described in the booking, it is a bit hilly and there are a lot of steps up and down for the nearest swimming spots, hard going especially when it's 32 degrees Celsius, would highly recommend.

The high temperatures 30-35 degree Celsius in July and August might make me think again about holidaying in Europe during these months.

Really good and clean place. 2 minutes from bus stop and 8 minute ride to Old Town. Anita was exceptionally nice.

Nice place with great view (if you get the top apartments).

It was a fantastic location in a marvelous place

The views from the apartment were just beautiful! The host was very nice and helpful.

There were just a lot of stairs to climb each time to get to the beach and the old town.

Passable

We accidentally booked two properties and realized it immediately. Within 30 minutes of booking, we contacted SeaView to see if they would refund us since it was an innocent mistake and we caught it right away. They would not refund any portion of our nonrefundable room. So we then decided to just keep both properties we had reserved (since we were being charged for both). We never utilized the apartment at Seaview for two reasons: the distance of this property is FAR from Old Town Dubrovnik where it's all at; the communication with Seaview was subpar. We had received computer generated email about our check in process. I had sent an email response to that AND directly to property owner letting them know we were not checking in until possibly a day later (than what reservation had been made for). I received a text on night of original checkin asking when would we be there (even though I had notified I would NOT be there that evening). So I repeated my message to them again and at that time, I was told the only time to check in the following day was between 10-11am ... and then never heard a word back from them. This was fine with us because we were well situated in our other reserved property by then and had decided we were not going to move 20 minutes out of town for Seaview ... however, Seaview did not know this and therefore their communication with us should have been much more consistent. Just even me getting this review to fill out, knowing we never checked in to the property, should tell you there's a disconnect in communication with Seaview management and its customers.

A nice sized apartment suitable for a family of 4 with amazing sea views!

The apartment was nice and spacious and clean. The sea views were amazing from the balcony looking out over Lokrum and over the Old Town of Dubrovnik. There were a lot of steps to reach the apartment but this was to be expected due to the elevated position of the apartment. The nearest supermarket was only 10 mins walk away.

The only downside to the stay was the boiler stopped working during our last 2 days so it was cold showers for us!

Lovely for a short break. Lots to see and do - lovely people. Will be back

The apartment was lovely and as described. we felt welcomed by texts We asked for additional sheets and these arrived as agreed. There was a lovely welcoming bottle of wine.

We arrived late and hungry Some information on shops /eateries accessible by foot would have been useful.

Apartment is quite old fashion , quite small seating room . but lovely outside yard is best view to the sea and town .

Magnificent view and terrace

Very big terrace, sea view and lots of basic necessities.

Finishes and especially shower are precarious.. Dust everywhere, not very clean.

I would not recommend it

Location

Access to the property with many stairs impossible to carry heavy laguage. The property was so different to the one I booked.

Apartment needs updating

Location

Apartment needs much updating, aircon not working upstairs, no locks on toilet doors, matrasses uncomfortable, dampness on doors & floorboards - pictures on booking.com did not match actual property. Only there a few days so put up with it.
