Had a wonderful stay here. The front desk was AWESOME , thank you for making my stay perfect.

The breakfast was honestly pretty good. We got there early each morning and everything was hot and fresh. A different variety each morning as well!

I wish there were more options for rooms with patios / balconies on a higher floor. Also the pool bar was closed unfortunately.

Exceptional

I love the location! It's close to everything, and everywhere I want to go. As a solo traveler, I feel safe as well. All the staff is fantastic! Thank you for making my Bahamas trip enjoyable!

Passable. It served my purpose as I was there on business

It's location in downtown Nassau is its best quality. However this also has its downside as it's very noisy. It's right across the street from Junkanoo Beach with all of the little food huts which is great!

It's a basic but functional hotel. It's dated and it shows. If you want to have a good night's rest after a day out then this is not the place to be....better you stay over on Paradise Island! The parties and noise from vehicles racing around the streets go on well into the wee hours of the morning!

Worst hotel stay ever

Location

We were a family of 10. When we checked in some of the rooms did not have any towels nor were towel’s available throughout the stay. Rooms were cleaned but towels were also not replenished. Went to the pool but towels were also not available. Cold water was also not available in our rooms for two days. 1 room did not have a fridge. 1 Room did not have proper outlets. Phone calls to the front desk went unanswered due to lack of staff. During breakfast dishes and utensils were not available. Spent a lot of time waiting for assistance during our stay. Would not recommend to anyone I know.

ROACHES, Bubbled chipped paint that looks like asbestos, with mildewed curtains - DON'T Stay HERE!

The breakfast was delightful. The pancakes have nice crunchy edges, the grits are well seasoned and delicious, but they need more vegan options.

ROACHES!! Don't stay at this property! The exposed bubbled chipping paint looks like asbestos under it, there are mildewed curtains, rusted door hinges, and electrical outlets falling out of the walls. Telling the staff does not bring resolution. No one shows up. It shows the laziness of the maintenance staff and the cosmetic renovations that show they believe their customers are stupid and don't have any standards associated with accommodations. Coming from the states we expect better, but they don't provide refunds and at close to $400/night, the rooms should look better. Take a cruise and go to the Bahamas, don't stay in this hotel.

Extremely unprofessional and poor service . Highly dissapointning .

Breakfasr was good. Bed was comfortable

We had booked a a room with 2 master beds. Room No 311 . We stayed there for 2 Days & 3 nights 1. Check in time was at 3 pm but our room was not ready. We were asked to wait and got the room at arpund 3.45 pm. 2. The bathroom did not have shower gel . The bathtub did not drain fast . Water log was there . 3. There was no iron in our room . 4. The balcony door doesnt slide open . 5. The taxi parking and entry to the hotel is from the back of the hotel . The front of the hotel has a small gate which can be accessed only with the room key . 6.The bathroom door when opened almost touches close to the pan . We found a cockroach under the bed . 7. The breakfast area- one of the juice glass container tap didnt work. The staff attending was notified. She completely ignored it . 8. There was no water in the water container. Same reaction from the staff member . Nothing was done. Instead , we were asked to buy it from the recrption area . 9. There were no towels in our room on the second day because the hotel's washing machine was not working . Next morning We went to the reception to collect some towels . 10. We were told the hotel had a reserve place near to the beach for its guests. We went there at 9 am and found the place was locked . Went back to hotel to inform them. The staff came to give us three chairs but he did not have any umbrellas because they were not in good usuable condition .

The hotel is located near shoppes, beaches. The was comfortable.

The bathroom was extremely small, only big enough for a small teenager. The room felt confined and dingy….. ice machine was not working ; I had to go to another floor for ice. The refrigerator did not work.

Clean and close to walking distance to the beach.

The fact that the staff were not willing to help with any questions. For example, we asked for clean towels, and the receptionist had an attitude “if we needed it now”. the ladies that were serving breakfast didn’t want to give out any more condiments. It was the littlest things that we asked for and it was turned into negativity.

This hotel had great complimentary breakfast which we enjoyed.

The pictures are very different compared to in person. The hotel is clearly very old. It didn’t feel clean. There were RATS surrounding the entire property, the town it’s located in is also very dirty with rats all over the roads. Highly disappointed. We had room service yet no towels because they weren’t clean..

Superb

Was in Nassau to get a life flight transport from doctors hospital moving after an emergency life threatening surgery. The staff was very comforting and assisted in helping me print paperwork and talk with me when I was distressed. Courteous and friendly outstanding staff

The Street has no Pedestrian going to the Beach it's Dangerous since the Driver don't stop sometimes even do they know that People will Cross the Street going to the Beach
