Its location was amazing
The mattresses was to hard and the tv was a little outdated couldn’t connect my phone to watch movies

Location , airconditioning, view, stone wall gave it character
Two flights of stairs with heavy bags , and cobbled streets to negotiate to nearest main road,
Beds: one mattress very hard, the other lumpy from strings popping out, but we managed

Beautiful location with easy access and a gorgeous view of the Douro River
Furniture was a little dated. You had to move the bed in order to open the door to the closet.

The sweetest lady who helped us get the key and move our bags
The air-conditioning was not functioning at all and had obviously not been working for many months by the leaking and the stains on the wall. The go2oporto officials did mention this on arrival and say they were sending a technician but this never eventuated. We survived at night but it was unbearably hot during the day.
The bed is only a double and would have been fine but is terribly uncomfortable. Way too soft and poor weight distribution. My husband slept on the floor on the doona instead of the bed.
Go2oporto stopped answering my request for the aircon to be fixed after the first day.
The furniture was okay but did not match the price we paid for the room.
