Fantastic location. Staff lovely especially Siti who was so helpful and kind and a credit to the hostal!

Location was prominent and accessible to a lot of food and shops. Check in was easy and all done online. Receptionist staff is easy going and very helpful. The WiFi pw was on the door, in fine print for my floor. Bed was clean and ready, toilet had minimal amenities (a body shampoo that needed refill), hair dryer was working this time. here’s a social space at Level 1, and that has many chairs and quite comfortable. Pantry facilities minimal but still well used.
Small area for pantry, could be bigger area as I see people eating their meals on cramped bar stools.

The location of the hostel is very convenient - just 100 m from Chinatown subway station - use exit E. They provide the towels (if you ask) - the staff is friendly and helpful. Under your bed you have a solid locker - like a huge, metallic suitcase, but bring with you a little lock. The wifi connection is reliable.
The guest kitchen on the ground floor is cramp and do not offer much. Step stairs to the upper floor where rooms are located.
