Very relaxing stay, with so much to do and see. Just a magnificant place to be

Very comfortable , clean and magnificent view! Everything was just perfect! Close to old town and shops! Our host was so kind and did everything possible to make sure we are comfortable!

Exceptional

I have stayed at a number of places in Dubrovnik now, all of which were very good, but this is my favourite, and my second time staying here. It is in the perfect location (so long as you are ok with hills) with the ideal view from the balcony overlooking the old city which is perfect both by day and by night. Good for bus routes, including the airport bus. Great bakeries nearby, each with their own best aspects. All with very nice hosts as well :-)

Exceptional views.

Excellent villa and owners vary helpful. View out over "the old town" was Excellent.

A lot of steps down to the old town. A taxi back was the right idea.

Lovely place

I stayed for one night as I was passing through Dubrovnik, and the host, Ristar was extremely kind and accommodating to my last minute booking, and the apartment was spotless. Beautiful views too, and accessible by car. I didn't use the living room / kitchen but it seemed well equipped for a longer stay.

If you're travelling in winter, take a hot water bottle.

The apartment is extremely beautiful with gorgeous views on all sides. It is well connected through public transport and in proximity to the airport as well as right next to the old town. The hosts are the best people you can ever meet - super caring, nice, and helpful. The apartment itself is very well equipped with all the necessary items and is immensely clean. Totally recommend.

Mr Risto and his wife provided a beautiful experience in Dubrovnik, they were helpful and connected us with a driver to get us to the airport, beautiful view of the old town, 8 mins walk, super markets nearby.

Superb

Really neat little apartment. Incredible view! Simple kitchen facilities but there are so many amazing restaurants nearby you won't want to cook anyway. There is a decent hill to walk to and from town which we didn't mind but it will get you sweaty! Warm welcome :) would stay again

Balcony with best view

beautiful balcony with spectacular view. we enjoy it day and night with a drink. you get the best view of Dubronik. a very short walk to city center, 10’. we enjoyed our stay here.

Excellent apartment and highly recommend

Very warm welcome and the apartment was immaculate and well served.

The parking is ghastly. No where on the road at all and far too fast a road to stop and reverse into a space if there were one. The host though was great and once I got the car reversed down the road he helped me get it Into the car space with centimetres to spare all around and helped me out again!

Amazing hosts, spectacular view and great location!

The hosts were exceptionally nice and very friendly. The location was great--10 minute walk downhill to the city. The hosts even helped me park my car (going backwards down a steep incline). They were lovely and kind. The place was exceptional. Very clean and great views of the city.

I was told the washer was also a dryer and hot to dry the clothes. It turns out it was only a washer, so I ended up washing the clothes twice and hand drying them. Not a big deal though.

Amazing views from the balcony, lovely owners, nice and big and had a washing machine available.

A fan in the bedroom would be amazing as it was very hot to be able to sleep comfortably sometimes. In saying that, we would definitely stay again.

atmospheric apartment with a stunning view and terrace. Will come back.

The view over Dubrovnik Old City is stunning ; the large balcony easily allows for 4 people, so could take advantage of the view very comfortably. Parking space available (not that common...), hosts were nice and available, the apartment (bathroom, bedroom, large living room, terrace) was spotlessly clean, all equipment simple but in good state. Quiet surroundings. Overall, unique, atmospheric place : we loved it.

Parking accessibility requires to be a careful driver (you have to drive backwards), but that's common in this part of the city and instructions from the host were clear and helpful. Going by walk to the city center requires to climb steep pedestrian streets and long stairs, so not recommended for elderly, or parents with babies, or disabled persons. Kitchen equipment wa minimum (pans, cutlery, etc), so might be a problem for families or those wanting to cook - but simple food is feasible. For the rest, everything perfect

Great accommodation with beautiful view of the old city from the balcony. Excellent location - easy access to the old city, and the walk up to and around Srd. And of course thanks to the hosts who were wonderfully kind and helpful.

The view from our room was magical and the host was very attentive. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the Old Town and 15 minute back (as it is on the hill).

Didn't really mean a lot to us, however, should you arrive by car, it can be quite tricky to park as the street is steep and very narrow.

Beautiful apartment, stunning view, unbeatable value

The apartment was really lovely, and so spacious! And the view from the balcony is beyond words. Is only about a 10 minute walk to the old town - be warned, it is quite the hill on the way back up - totally worth it for the birds eye view of the walls though! The apartment had everything we needed, and the owners were very helpful and welcoming. Would 100% recommend - I can't believe you could get anywhere nearly as good for the price!

Exceptional view, clean and spacious room

Exceptional view of the old town, clean and spacious room, I went there in the low season and I paid a quarter of the price as it woud have been in high season.

The blanket is too small, I had to use two blankets to cover my feet, the curtain is not lightproof at all. When you go supermarket, you need to get down the hill and walk back stairs up again, it takes maybe half an hour for one round, nothing is perferct, but you get that view and excersie.

The view is priceless

The view is so beautiful. The owner was very kind by agreeing to change the dates for us on a short notice due to weather. The place is very clean, spacious and functional. We enjoyed our stay very much and even found parking on the main road above the house. There is parking next to the house but the access requires a bit of maneuvering. It is a short walk to the Old Town gate but there is a lot of steps and it is a good cardio workout on the way back. We got used to it after 2 days.

Everything was good. No complaints.
