Passable

cold drinking water provided

room was off the car port and the lights were on all night which lit up the room making it hard to sleep. also people were coming and going in their cars at all hours.

Dishonest online presented accommodation, we fled.

On arriving and shown our booked accommodation we booked an alternate motel in town and left.

There were no photos on the booking.com website of the room we were given the key to. It was the most expensive of three local places we short-listed online but if they had actual photos of what we were given on arrival we would never have booked. Something like a toolshed or enclosed carport and the door would not lock. Said we're cancelling while the manager worked on the door with a hammer and screwdriver. We had entered only to put things in the fridge then to go and meet friends. I wanted a full refund of three nights but have only been given two because it 'has to be cleaned for covid'. I feel we were deceived by the lack of photos so we should not have to pay any of the cost. It is the first time I have cancelled on-site but it was awful.

would not recommend staying here

not much

mould in the shower, the bed was like cardboard, the curtains were falling off, there were holes in the wall, the doors could not be locked, was given very limited information what the property offered, staff were unfriendly, extra charges for an overpriced unit.

Didn't enjoy it and have told my boss never to book me in this place again

The linen on the bed was dirty the mould in the amenities was terrible. I wouldn't use the kitchen after seeing the bathrooms

Good clean change the sheets on every departure.

Do not stay here. I strongly recommed this venue be removed from booking.com.

Pleasant and helpful greeting from reception upon check in. Unfortunately, same reception failed to have any recollection of our lengthy interaction the following day, even when reminded when she attempted to check me in again. Commraderie among intinerant workers who were not involved in the aroma producing up-all-night group.

Sigificant mould in shared showers. No soap or shampoo provided. Toilets serviced infrequently. Was contacted a week after the booking, and a day before travel to notify me that guests under 18 not permitted. Aroma of insense. People awake around a fire all night (both mornings still awake at 6:30 am when I departed). Thin walls, no windows to outside in rooms, drop ceilings, interior windows with damadged venitian blinds, long overdue for renovation.

ok for a quick stop

Staff were lovely, the woman that checked us in was really friendly throughout our stay and made us feel welcomed.

Didn’t live up to the photos, expected a bit more for the price as the rooms didn’t have windows and lots of insects in coffee area

good for a sleep

Close to everything, aircon. Has a kitchen, and open lounge area which seemed pretty relaxed. Hot water was excellent in the mens (but poor in the womens).

Parking was a bit hit and miss, had to park on the street as the car park was always full, but we managed to score a few hours of parking. Couldn’t do washing as the local workers took up the machines and left their stuff in it for hours. Showers weren’t clean, there was a towel left under the urinals to catch the drippings 🤮 and pubes in the shower.

Had to spend time away all day instead of staying in the room. Supposed to be executive room!!!!!

No breakfast there

The size of the room and super small bathroom. Inconvenient parking spot, too squashy for our car. The bench was very small with 2 stools . extremely tiny bathroom, lucky we are not big people, no room to move in there…

Disappointing

No breakfast, the building advertised breakfast but was full of stored furniture.

The bed was hard, the room was tiny and the car parking was not secure.

Handy location. Well presented, clean and tidy. Onsite parking was a bonus.

This budget motel was in an area that suited our needs. The staff were very accomodating and friendly. They had fantastic information on where to eat and what hidden locations to visit whilst in the area.

Our original room had a musty smell and an aircon issue, but to their credit they moved us very quickly into another room.

An unusual place

Great kitchen facility with friendly evening-meal chaos. Great outdoor, under-cover eating area.

The curtain could not cover the lights from outside. We prefer to sleep in the dark

pleasant location for a week's break

plenty of storage throughout, good kitchen appliances & equipment, pool table, walking distance to town, quiet for sleeping

no fan in second bedroom, poor airconditioning system in bedrooms, swimming pool would be great in summer, dining table & chairs preferred to kitchen stools

Friendly receptionist

First time we have had accomodation in a converted garage and then had to pay $120 per night. No towel rails, nowhere to put suitcase except the floor, shower door fall off To much cigarette smoke around

Room was clean and the kitchenette was good.

Booking website had a price and indicated private bathroom. On accepting the room it changed to shared bathroom and I had to pay an additional $55 to have a room with private bathroom facilities.
