Will definitely stay again

Super friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent with great choices made fresh to a time of my choosing. Could not have been more accommodating.

Expensive for what it was. Breakfast was excellent. Location great for what we needed.

Good location just outside Lanark. Plenty of space to park. The WiFi was a little slow at times but generally OK. Decent breakfast as well. I liked my room, comfortable bed, all very clean and tidy.

The staff were my main issue. Not one was in anyway friendly, not something I have encountered before in my hundreds of nights away. Check in was brief and form for breakfast completed and I was pointed in the direction of the room. Arriving for breakfast next morning, I looked around to see where I was supposed to sit. The only member of staff pointed to a table when I asked. Pot of tea arrived but I had to ask where the milk was and then I spotted the orange juice. Seemed it was too much trouble to tell me these things initially. No one asked if the meal was OK or if I wanted more tea or toast. Same member of staff was later trying to get into my room before 10am(check out is 11am) She thought I had left, surprised as I hadn't paid or left the room key. Staff just go through the motions, couldn't care less about the customer. Definitely won't be back.

The people and the Lady Owner are always very polite and helpful litterly treat you like family .I've stayed he on many occasions and will continue to in the future .

Stayed there to visit family, great location and room and would definitely stay here again

We had booked a twin room and when we checked in we were offered a king size room instead, really nice and very much appreciated …. Thank you

Comfortable

The location was quiet and the facilities were clean.

After booking I got a call saying they'd ran out of doubles but I could have a twin for the same price. Beds were a little small and the room smelt of fresh paint.

It was a wee break that felt more like an excellent holiday because the Equine B&B is so good

Staff and the owner Maureen are very friendly. The Equine centre is set within beautiful grounds and walks nearby. Food was home cooked and lovely. Very animal friendly. Room and shower facilities excellent. Great night sleep.

I wish we could have stayed longer 🥺

Really enjoyed my stay here! Very comfortable, great hosts, simple will all amenities covered. Rooms are nicely furnished with sharp decor. Breakfast was delicious. I will have to book with a ride next time!!

Ice paths, dirty bathroom shower head attachment broken, bedside lamps extension strained , towel holder broken, not worth the £80 poind a night.

Amazing hospitality, great breakfast, comfy bed, and warm room. Highly recommended.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Huge, delicious breakfast. Helped me call for cabs and took me to the train station when none was available. Conveniently located to visit New Lanark. Bonus friendly dog!

The room doors only have know locks, so not the highest security. The key tag is also very large and a little ungainly in your pocket, but I think that's deliberate so you can find the key if you drop it during riding.

I did not stay here. We booked a hotel room via booking.com to be told upon arrival there was no room available, even though I had my booking confirmation.

The usual excellent service i expect when i stay at this B&B

Room itself was excellent, bed was comfortable, breakfast was up to the usual standards :) great.

I requested a room overlooking the side carpark, which was noted, but unfortunately the room i got was facing into the courtyard.
