Помешкання дуже чисте, дуже затишне. Постіль, ліжко, посуда на кухні - гарної якості, красиве, чисте, зручне. Ванна кімната - чиста, є пральна машинка, праска, дошка для прасування, дошка для сушіння білизни. Тераса - це просто любов - вид на море, вид на місто і гори, лимонне дерево, столик під розлогою сосною, є парасолька, яку можна розкрити від дощу. У помешканні був доступний - туалетний папір, трохи рідкого мила, на кухні було два пакети кави 3 в одному, пакетики мятного чаю, трохи солі і трохи цукру. Я ходила на пляж sunset beach - дорога займала десь 40 хвилин спокійним ходом. До старого міста десь також 40 хвилин пішки. Громадським транспортом не користувалася взагалі. Адже інколи бували тягнучки на дорогах, що я йшла швидше за автобус. Мені дуже сподобалися апартаменти. Але звісно я була морально-психологічно готова підніматися до них сходами (196 сходинок), але я не раз спостерігала як ними піднімаються і люди похилого віку, і з валізами. Як на мене сходи - це не недолік, а те що треба враховувати. Але, як на мене, в Дубровнику треба бути готовим ходити сходами постійно.

The apartment was reasonably clean. The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was quiet, making it easy to relax. Communication with the host was very good. He was responsive, answered all our questions quickly, and was always willing to help if needed.
Unfortunately, we don’t think the apartment offers good value for the price. The kitchen was very poorly equipped. One wine glass, 2 mugs, and 3 drinking glasses…The frying pan was also very old and worn out. We were also provided with a used dishwashing sponge and a used cleaning cloth that had clearly been left by previous guests. The kettle was heavily covered with limescale that could not be cleaned off. We have never experienced anything like this in recent years.
The terrace could have been a great addition if it had been better maintained, with clean chairs and a functional sun umbrella. Unfortunately, the umbrella was old, damaged, and wouldn’t stay in place, so we had to secure it ourselves.
The listing states that the beach is only a 10-minute walk away, but there are many steps from the apartment, followed by a walk along the road in the heat, and then another long staircase down to the beach. With children, this was simply not practical for us.
Perhaps these apartments were very nice when they were new, but today they clearly need renovation and updating.
