The location

Hospitality doesn’t exist at this place. I have been travelling for years in Japan and never experienced this anywhere. The host left us freezing outside the building on a rainy evening in the dark, while sending us messages like : « you shouldn’t stay at the door » « you should fill the forms or leave ». Young people staying there were scared of him. Booking should be really careful on who they work with. What a terrible experience.
