Friendly staff, great pools, in American Village

The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, especially toward families with children. The pool was also very family-friendly and easy to enjoy with a young child.
I do hope the hotel pays a little more attention to room cleanliness and maintenance, as there was an old smell coming from the carpet and sofa. The Japanese room-service menu was also less satisfying than the Western options and could be improved.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would be happy to visit again, hoping to see these improvements next time.

Very clean, comfortable beds and spacious rooms.
The staff was respectful, helpful and really nice. They responded very quickly to my emails once I landed and arranged a taxi within minutes for me to get to the hotel from the airport. The food was good. The location is great, only few minute walk from American village which has tones of restaurants. You can rent a bike just in front of the hotel or everything is walking distance. Had access to beach towels in a bag for me to take to the beach as there is only pools at the hotel.
No beach access close by and also no shuttle from the airport.

The breakfast was sensational!!!
Nothing- just wished I stayed a few nights, not just one.
Seems to be a better location than Naha.
