Die Kommunikation über das Booking-Nachrichtensystem war schnell, unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, großzügig und hell. Die drei getrennten Betten waren für uns besonders praktisch, da wir nicht als Paar gereist sind. Auch die große und gut ausgestattete Küche hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Die Wohnung ist leider sehr hellhörig, sodass man Gespräche und Geräusche aus den Nachbarwohnungen deutlich mitbekommt. Da außerdem die Bahnstrecke direkt vor dem Gebäude verläuft, ist es insgesamt recht laut. Die Wohnung liegt im dritten Stock und es gibt keinen Aufzug. Im Badezimmer hängt der Spiegel sehr hoch, was für kleinere Personen unpraktisch ist. Ein paar Haken zum Aufhängen der Handtücher wären ebenfalls hilfreich.

The room is very spacious, has 3 one person beds. The air dryer not mentioned by the description, yet present, was a positive surprise.
Although the company managing the location says it s interested in the sincere review of customers, it seems that it doesn’t take into account their opinions, as the problems repeat in their reviews and there is no change.
The room was very cold when we arrived, but also in the evenings, as the heating system works at low temperature. There was no shower gel, salt, sugar, napkins or paper towels, which is the basics for any hospitality location. I did’t expect shampoo and conditioner, but I bought them and left for the following customer. The kitchen utensils were dirty, I had to wash again all that I used. The kitchen table was damaged and the bathroom sink also.
The lingerie is frayed and old, as the renovation took place 12 years ago, and one of the towels seemed not very clean. No cleaning products were available in case somebody needed some additional cleaning.
It would be good to include the requirement of “swiping clean” the facility in the house policies in Booking, I don’t think it’s correct to find out only after payment (with the warning of a 100 Eur fee as sanction). In the same time, relying only on the bona fide of customers for cleaning is not ok.
No indications on how recycling is expected was posted and I was surprised when taking the trash that not the plastic was envisaged for recycling, but the paper, which seems strange to me.

Emplacement près de l'Arena. Le logement est assez propre et fonctionnel
Pas de rideau dans la cuisine. La literie est relativement molle. Pas de bol pour le déjeuner et pas de vrai couteau de cuisine. Ma femme est restée coincée le samedi soir plus d'une dizaine de minutes dans la salle de bain à cause d'une poignée de porte vétuste. Aucun moyen d'arriver à contacter l'hôte, qui n'a réagi que le lendemain matin. Heureusement, nous avions réussi à forcer sur la porte, pour finalement réussir à l'ouvrir.
