A fantastic location. I doubt there is better in this area. The view from the terrace is amazing. The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent for the hotter months as you have a great outside are to relax (if booked) during the afternoon when it's to hot for sightseeing.
The apartments are nice and just what you need for a short break, but, be warned not to ever expect. The description is somewhat misleading. They are neither Deluxe nor Executive. The photos for the Executive Double with hottub do not truly reflect what you get. There are 3, all different. Request Room 7 for the best one. However, to be fair, if I were to return to Dubrovnik, I would stay here again, albeit with realistic expectations.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! Everything was wonderful from the very beginning. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant.
The location is also perfect- there is a bus stop and a supermarket very close to the hotel, which makes getting around and buying anything you need very convenient.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed linen was absolutely spotless and beautifully white. You can really feel that the hotel is well cared for and that attention is paid to the details.
We felt so comfortable here that we honestly didn’t want to leave! ❤️ We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant, comfortable, and relaxing place to stay. We would happily come back again!

The hot tub and location
Was not clean and the apartment was small for the money. The hot tub was great but took such a long time to warm up. Way overpriced
