The advertisement for breakfast included is a joke. Coffee and croissant from the cafe next door, poor quality.

Franko is the coolest host! Everything is relaxed, there is no pressure, he just wants everybody to habe a nice stay. Perfect service, offers to help all the time. You shoul know a little bit of italian though, but it works also with hands and feet. Make sure you have a cell phone with battery, because you have to call when you arrive. The room has literally anything you need (bed, bath room,fridge, closet, coffe ans water for free, balcony, tv, etc) and is cosy. They clean every day and they take care ofthe rooms. Location is perfect in the middle of the town. If you want to visit nice beaches nearby you should have a car. We had a really nice stay and appreciated the service very much.

Unfortunately the fridge made a lot of noise from time to time, which was kind of annoying while sleeping. But everything else was great.
