Avocado House is a simple and decent homestay, well located and very good value for money.
This is not a luxury place, but it does the job perfectly. Everything was very clean when we arrived, which we really appreciated.
The hosts were also very accommodating: our bus arrived very late at night, and they waited for us before closing the doors, which was extremely kind and reassuring.
Overall, a good, affordable option if you are looking for a clean place in a convenient location without expecting luxury.

The place is okay for a night or two taking into account where it is located.
The room has hairdryer so we were able to dry the clothes a bit (we were there during the rainy season)
No so clean and the bathroom a bit disgusting... If you have a shower or use the tap in general the bathroom turn into a pool.
