Convenient and quiet location, few minutes away by walk from Asok BTS station.
Being close to the busy life and night life of Sukhumvit areas, without the nuisances.
The whole team is nice, from the receptionists to the housekeepers.
I stayed in a room whitout window: it can be disturbing in the morning as you lose the idea of the natural light from outside.
But it make the room super quiet, so perfect for light sleepers.
Plenty of lights and electric plugs.
On the top of it, the airco unit is very quiet, and that make a big difference compared to many other hotels rooms equipped with old and noisy central units.
Bed super comfy with giant pillows.
Clean room.
Good breakfast with various choices.
The shower head is not really amovible from its base on the wall, so when you turn on the water, it's difficult to avoid being caught by the cold water first.
Restaurant has a small capacity with only few tables so it can be a bit packed.

The location was very convenient, 5 to 10 mins to the train, right in the middle of the main town. Easy access to grab and public transport. Plenty of food choices and street stalls nearby. Very yummy ala-carte breakfast offered every morning, the garlic chicken was really good! But the highlight would be the staff, super friendly and helpful, and absolutely exudes warmth. We understand why this place have such a high rating :)
We got the room without windows so it was a bit disorientating in the morning but it was very quiet and well lit with plenty of lights. It was our choice to take this room anyway so no complains. Really there isn't anything that we didn't like. We love this place and will definitely stay here again.
