What a great property, especially their new complex with the pool. Goran, the manager, was an absolute star - nothing was too much of an ask! The rooms are clean, spacious and the location is great. Absolutely recommend Adriatic Resort Apartments!

The instructions and communication before check-in were excellent. We were also given really useful information about the local bus route into Old Town (No. 6) and nearby supermarkets for stocking up on essentials. The location was excellent, with free beaches within easy walking distance. We especially enjoyed having access to the pool in the afternoons, with lovely views over the boats coming in and out of the harbour. The apartment was spacious, quiet and comfortable, and having our own cooking facilities was a real bonus.
Nothing – we were very happy with our stay and had everything we needed.

We spent a lovely time and will be back. Clean and spacious apartment equipped with everything you may need during the stay. Great beaches in just a few steps and whole area is quite green and relaxing. Helpful staff! Tnx for everything! Marko

The location of the property was great near restaurants, transport to old town and the beach!
It was certainly not value for money at £240 per night for 3 people having to pay £49 for sun launchers at the beach, £30 at the pool and no meals at all with Dubrovnik being quite expensive to eat and drink staying in one of the hotels would be better value! I would have done but the post made it look like all these were included! The staff were helpful and the apartment was very clean when we arrived but I wasn’t clean once in the 10 days or there were facilities provided to clean it ourselves! There was not even tea or coffee! I am not sure which model the hosts try to operate Airbnb or hotel apartment! Also our apartment was nothing like the pictures most of the furniture were old and the arm chair in the bedroom was badly stained! Location was the only redeeming factor!
