This cottage has a prime Seaside location and is the perfect place for your family or friends to gather and enjoy time together at the Oregon Coast. This home features a large kitchen with granite countertops and a spacious living room to spread out and relax in. There are sliding doors that lead to a private back deck that overlooks a serene wetlands area, making it the perfect spot to sit each morning with a cup of coffee and observe visiting wildlife or enjoy an evening BBQ together. What's nearby: This home is an ideal location for exploring all that Seaside has to offer! Walk just three short blocks over to the beach, or head north to Broadway Street and explore its restaurants, souvenir shops, and fun activities. There's also a golf course, movie theater, and a small aquarium right in town. Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen with a dishwasher The family dog (50 lbs. max.) is welcome with an additional nightly fee If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The place was great. Nice and quiet with a nice view of the river. The only thing we didn't like was the 10:00 check out time. That was ridiculous. 11:00 which is standard is tough enough. Maybe rethink that time.

We loved that it’s tucked back for privacy because we had a trailer that we couldn’t haul around and it was nice to know it wouldn’t be stolen

Very quiet, off busy streets, friendly neighbors and neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach. Great deck for sunrises and coffee.

The house was clean. My favorite room was the family room. It was very comfy. We had planned on spending time outside, but the deck furniture was rusty and not as clean or comfortable as I would have liked. The yard was perfect for our dog. The walk to the beach and town was very doable.

We normally go to Ocean Shores for our yearly family/friend ocean trip but this year we wanted something different. This house was amazing and everything we could want for our short stay. If we come back to Seaside I will be looking for this listing again!

Everything was great with the house except for some minor problems:
1. The front door coded lock did not work correctly, had to get help to access with a key.
2. Could not access the internet, our computer could not find the wifi network to log in.

Property was in great location, with great patio looking out over waterway.
Unfortunately we will not book anymore rentals if VACASA is involved as their fees are way out of line. Lesson learned.

We stayed in this home for a short family get-away. We loved the location (down a small lane) and the deck was superb, great for morning coffee. We will be back!

We are ham radio operators and were in town for the SeaPac convention. The house was the perfect size, located in a quiet neighborhood, and was just what we were looking for. I would 10/10 recommend it.

House smelled like wet dog. Air conditioning did not work so house was 84 degrees inside 2 days in a row. Location was good, close to everything including promenade. Would not book again.

This was a tucked away cute little house that was perfect for our small family of 3 and our elderly dog. Quiet and just minutes away from the beach and downtown shops.

The house is a nice two bedroom with large patio and fenced backyard that is great for pets. There is also a secure attached garage for any toys you bring on your vacation.

Stayed for weekend with husband, toddler and our blind dog. The yard being fenced was so convenient especially since our dog is blind. Our son loved the matchbox cars and despite us being icky winter weather we were cozy and comfortable here. Would def stay again

My daughter, Grandson and youngest granddaughter stayed at this Vasca VRBO and it was clean and tidy, close to the basketball tournament and close to down town for activities.
I'd like folks to know there are a few things to keep in mind when renting this home.
1. Quality of paper products is pretty inexpensive so if you like something a bit better, bring your own.
2. VASCA does not provide coffee, tea or some of what I'd consider basic home needs like salt and pepper anymore.
3. Soap, Shampoo and Conditioner are the same, small containers and thankfully we had some of our own or there wouldn't have been enough for 4 people for 3 days worth of showers.
4. Think twice about doing any of the jigsaw puzzles, my adult daughter spent 2 days putting one together to learn that it was missing 12 pieces; I'd imagine that's pretty common but we didn't find any on the floor or anywhere else so we're assuming they were lost or mixed up with the other puzzles.
Overall though, house was nice and would be a really cool place to be in the summer when you can utilize the yard and awesome deck.

The house itself was in a great location and clean. Unfortunately we had a few issues during our stay. The furnace was out when we arrived, leaving us in 48 degree temps the first night. We reached out to Vacasa the next morning and they were quick to send maintenance out, who then decided that the furnace was completely out and they would need to get a separate company to solve the problem eventually, leaving us with 3 small space heaters for our stay. Obviously that was nowhere near enough, especially considering the safety of space heaters and that we could not leave them on overnight or when we were gone.. So the house was averaging around 50-60 degrees. We had anticipated that they would offer money back immediately and after waiting until our last night, we decided to contact them. Eventually (after reaching out to VRBO in addition to Vacasa) they came to an agreement to refund some money back, but we were disappointed that it took us reaching out in the first place. It should be assumed that if a house that is rented has no heat in the middle of winter throughout the entirety of someone's stay that they should be compensated accordingly, we should not have had to push for money back.
Aside from the furnace issue, we also had a privacy concern. Around 15 minutes after arriving, a man knocked on our door and claimed that he needed to work on our yard. He did not explain who he worked for and what he needed to work on. He then proceeded to open the garage (in which has no lock to the interior of the home). During a guests stay, no maintenance or yard worker should have access to the house unless requested by the guest. We did not feel safe throughout our stay with the knowledge that people seemed to come and go as they pleased without sufficient locks on the house. Overall, we are happy that we were refunded but this company needs to be held to a higher standard.

The house was just right for our small group of 3. Looking out the windows at the river and marsh was a great bonus. We saw good birds, a coyote and met the neighbors. Nice spot. We would go again.

The cost was equal to local hotels, but you get a whole house! Close to beach and shopping/restaurants. Nice and cozy!

This house was super clean comfortable as could be. I spent my 30th birthday with my mom and dog at the beach and we had a blast . Definitely staying here again.

The Floor was Dirty!! Rugs! The Neighbors were super nice!! Homeless were there!! We were having Dinner and a Lady with no shoes and dirty clothing walked right in front of the home!! We left the next morning!!

This house was perfect. It is older, but very clean. Amazingly well equip kitchen, comfy beds and large fenced deck and yard for our dog. Again, not fancy, but has everything you need for a comfortable stay with easy 3 block walk to the beach. Only suggestion is that it would be nice to have a rubber mat for the tub and would be great if the windows were cleaned as there is a
lovely view from the back of the house.

My wife and I loved this home. Our dog loved the fenced in deck and fenced in yard. I’m not sure who didn’t want to leave more, my wife or dog. Quiet. Clean. Safe. Great view. Pretty much perfect.

What I loved about the rental was it's cleanliness. Top notch. Close to downtown yet far enough for privacy. Rental had plenty of amenities; bikes, washer dryer, bbq grill and others. 4.5 stars out of 5.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home in Seaside. It was just close enough to the promenade and downtown to be convenient without being in the crowded tourist center. Awesome fenced yard for our dogs.

The house is clean and comfortable. The kitchen seems well equipped, although we don’t cook while we’re here. 😁 Really cool view of the wetlands; I wish I’d thought to bring my binoculars. Nice quiet neighborhood; easy walk to downtown, the Prom, and the beach.

This home was terrific for us! It was great that the deck and yard was fully enclosed for our dog. It was also walking distance to the boardwalk, restaurants and beach! The house was clean and had everything we needed.

Loved how secluded it felt even though it was minutes from the beach and town. Comfortable and homey. Great to have the fenced yard and deck for the dog!

The deck was a wonderful place to hang out and watch birds and butterflies! Enjoyed playing lawn darts, provided, in the side yard! I Ioved the way the kitchen/dining area was arranged! Ample and easy parking! Perfectly secluded and peaceful getaway!

The pictures of this property are accurate and the property management company was very responsive so check in and check out was very smooth.
The outdoor space (which was our biggest attraction to this property) was quite neglected. The outdoor chairs and table were extremely dirty so I had to spend quite a bit of time cleaning them just so we could sit outside. Even the area around the front door had a lot of webs. The indoors was clean. Also, there were a lot more additional fees with this booking than I am typically used to. Overall I rate this as a 3 as it was "OK". With attention to the outdoor space that is so prominent in the pictures, this would definitely be at least a 4.

We used this house as a springboard to visit Oregon’s northern coast! What a great place to come back to in the evenings! Very peaceful and cozy! Loved sitting on the deck in the early morning with my coffee!

Great location, comfortable beds, and plenty of towels. However, the air filter desperately needs to be cleaned. We couldn't believe how dirty it looked. The kitchen cabinets could use some cleaning as they were greasy to the touch and the bathroom rug should be replaced as it appears to be falling apart. Check-in was easy and we did enjoy our stay.
