Situated in Nassau, this attractive condo for $398 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. When you book your stay with us, you're steps away from all that the Atlantis hotel has to offer, without the crowds. Our bright, ground-level condo backs directly onto a secured courtyard with a beautiful pool and gated access to the perfectly maintained beach! With crystal clear water and beautiful white sand, the beach is perfect for snorkeling, parasailing, jet-skiing, walking, or to just enjoy and soak up the sun! With a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ on our private patio and a number of grocery stores nearby, we often prepare most of our meals at home. Otherwise, there are incredible restaurants nearby, including an onsite cabana bar and grill. One of our favorite nights out is to walk over to the Atlantis marina and sit on one of the many patios to enjoy the live music! High-speed wireless internet access is provided free of charge along with in-unit laundry. Coffee, water, and propane are also stocked in preparation for your stay. The grounds are patrolled by a private security guard inclusive of gated access to the beach and surrounding area. This location is perfect for couples, families, or groups of friends looking for a relaxing beach getaway; without sacrificing access to luxury amenities like world-class restaurants, casinos, waterparks, golf, and luxury shopping. Most of our guests opt to not rent a car, but if you do decide you'd like to do a bit of exploring our unit comes with a free parking spot! We loved sitting on the patio enjoying the peaceful view. We stayed for a week in January 2024. We thought we were the only ones in the complex it was so quiet. The condo was well stocked with everything you could need. Great lay out and spacious.
Dan was always so quick to communicate with any questions we had, it was nice to be able to walk out the condo right to the gorgeous beach, Violas was a great place for a drink or meal. They were nice to give us coffee to go before we were able to stock up on groceries our first day. Close to walk through Atlantis and the beautiful marina where there are numerous places to eat and a few shops.
Enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

I highly recommend this rental apt. It is well stocked with everything needed for an enjoyable visit. Very clean, Lots of towels and other linens. Ceiling fans and central air. Games, Books, beach chairs etc! Host Dan is receptive and informative. Seriously a 10 place

We had an absolutely perfect stay. Quiet, beautiful, wonderful pool, and steps to the beach. It was perfect for our family of 5. Our kids loved being able to walk down to the beach for the morning and then come back for a swim at the pool in the afternoon - so easy! And we loved putting them to bed and being able to relax on our patio while listening to the ocean :). Dishwasher, laundry in the unit - we seriously couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. We’ll definitely be back! Easily accessible to Atlantis but we preferred hopping in a cab to explore Nassau. Very fun area. Thanks for a great vacation!

This was our 1st trip to the Bahamas, and our 1st time using VRBO.
Dan was exceptional in his communication with me, weathering all of my questions with ease, timeliness and professionalism.
The property was great! Spacious, clean and perfect for our family trip.
The kitchen was well stoked with tools and cooking materials. Having an in unit washer was clutch for us.

We just a fabulous 5-night stay at the Sunrise Beach Villas on Paradise Island in Nassau. Terrific location between the Four Seasons and Atlantis - an easy walk to numerous restaurant and shops. There is also a very reasonable restaurant right on the property. We enjoyed a nice dinner there one evening. The 2-BR, 2BA unit is exactly as advertised. It is roomy and comfortable with all the conveniences at hand. It came very well supplied with kitchen items and paper products - a very nice feature. Dan was kind enough to extend our checkout - really a bonus since our flight did not leave until later in the day. Check in was super easy…and checkout even easier since all Dan asked was for us to leave the unit tidy. We were expecting to some laundry, take out the trash, etc. We would have been happy to do that but Dan said not to worry - just enjoy our extra time. We hope to return!

The location was perfect to the beach, lots of restaurants at Atlantis (15 minute walk), we appreciated the drinking water, very quiet and safe. Restaurant violas on site good food (recommended reservations especially weekends).

Perfect location
We had a great time. Location is great, right on a beautiful beach. Washing machine didn’t work when we got there but the owners had it fixed before the day was over. We felt very safe during our stay and the property managers were very helpful.

Located on a beautiful beach overlooking the Caribbean. We were able to walk to shopping etc. The hotel also has a nice restaurant that also has entertainment some nights. The apartment was very comfortable withb 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. I believe there was a change over in ownership from the time we reserved to the time we arrived and some things were not in the apartment that should have been but that was all corrected with one email. The kitchen was very well stocked but they could use more bath and beach towels., facial tissues, shampoo for both bathrooms and a few games would be nice. Overall I would highly recommend staying there

We had a wonderful week in this condo. Supplied with everything we needed. We felt very safe and comfortable. It was convenient to have Viola’s restaurant near by. Enjoyed several meals there. Within walking distance to everything Paradise Island has to offer. It was nice to have a relaxing spot to return to after enjoying an evening at the Marina Village or Atlantis. We loved the fact that it was also dog friendly. Montana and Jellybean were a welcome sight for us as we were missing our own dogs while on vacation! We are looking forward to our next vacation and will definitely return to this location! Felt like a home away from home!

We had a terrific week at Sunrise Beach Villas. The property is in a great location and very clean and safe which was important to me as my 17 and 20 year old sons went out to explore several times. I never worried about them. I was able to lay by the pool and read a book. We ate several meals at Violas (on-site) and Anthony's (just up the street). Both had yummy conch fritters and good drinks. We even had the buffet at Atlantis one morning, it was a short walk down the street.Everything we needed was in walking distance - a virtually private beach where we swam with masks and saw schools of fish and even a sting ray, restaurants, shopping, small grocery store, Atlantis. Even a Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts were a less than ten minute walk. We did laundry every day, very convenient but needed to keep the loads small to reduce the number of drying cycles. Not a big deal.The tours were easy to schedule - recommend the trip to Stuart Cove to snorkel with turtles and Rose Island. We snorkeled twice at the reef off Pearl Island - gorgeous. We went to the Straw Market twice, the kids loved to bargain for items. The ferries stop early (5 or 6pm depending on traffic) so we got stuck one day and had to take a cab back. Cabs only take cash, there is a 12% VAT tax added to each ATM transaction. I should have brought more cash from home. Every place takes USD. The only thing I would do differently is to buy the light groceries on the Island rather than taking the cab to the across the bridge. We didn't spend enough to offset the cost. If I had cooked more meals in the room it would have made sense to make that trip. I personally could have also skipped the Atlantis waterpark. It is crowded and expensive. We preferred the privacy and slow pace we experienced the rest of the trip.Carrie, the sweet woman who takes care of the villa and is also security checked on us multiple times to see if we needed anything. We will miss her! Shout out to Carrie. Overall the week was excellent. We would stay in this place every single trip to Paradise Island. Thanks for everything!

Excellent location. Needs some updating, more towels and wash cloths. The cable never worked and did not get any response from the wiener regarding this issue. Had to contact owner to get info how to get in unit as no info was given beforehand.

My family stayed and not me but based on their feedback, they loved it. The comments I heard were the conveniences of the facility, which included a bar and restaurant, very close proximity to the beach and just the overall positive vibe of the place. On a personal note, this was a trip for my dad who has one more chemo session and I was just grateful for the hospitality of the owners. Tammy and her husband were awesome and accommodating. You never know what folks are going through so I continue to be amazed at the amount of great people we encounter during this very difficult time for my family.

Perfect location with beautiful beach
Our family stayed here for a week in late March and loved it. The villa is just steps away from the beach, and the beach is pristine. Great location on Paradise Island near Atlantis and walking distance from restaurants and things to do. The villa was clean, the facilities were maintained, and the complex is gated so it always felt very safe. We would return!

This was our second visit to Sunrise Beach Club and beautiful Paradise Island. We were steps from the blue waters of the Caribbean and it’s beach. The condo was very clean and extremely well equipped. Couldn’t have asked for more responsive owners and we had a wonderful time. Thanks to Tammy and Bernie.

Great getaway!
My family stayed over Easter weekend, place was awesome, right on beach past pool, very quite, clean,and had extra amenities that reagular condos don't, there are spices,coffee filters, laundry detergent, sun screen, books to read, phone to make local calls, etc. We had an air issue and Tammy and Bernie got it fixed right away. We will for sure stay here again. All locals are so nice and friendly they are proud of their island, they are all so nice to help. Only draw back was no wifi but you can go to front pool and get wifi at Viloas., Violas is the cheapest place to have dinner on island and it was great

Better than ever!
This was the 4th consecutive year my husband and I have rented this spacious, comfortable villa for at least 2 weeks in late February (so we have obviously always enjoyed it), but this year, we were delighted to discover that the owners had completely renovated the kitchen, up-dated the bathrooms, and re-painted...so the place is nicer than ever (not "luxurious," but fresh and bright). AND it's impossible to exaggerate the convenience of having a washer/dryer in the unit! We love Viola's (the friendly on-site bar/grill) and Anthony's (a restaurant within walking distance which offers the best black bean soup in the world), and my husband, who likes to play a little blackjack on vacation, loves the short walk to the Atlantis casino. (We always rent a car so we can "cross the bridge" for groceries and the occasional fancy restaurant meal...try Graycliff, Luciano's and Matisse...but not necessary to have a car, especially for a short stay when it's not necessary to stock a lot of groceries, as one can easily get a taxi.) I should add that the owners are also a pleasure to deal with. The ONLY negative has nothing to do with the villa itself, but the pool in the complex...it's pretty and sparkling clean, but it's unheated...so it's FRIGID (at least in February...may be fine later in the year).

Great villa, great location
My son and his 3 friends stayed in this unit for a high school graduation getaway. The villa was roomy enough for them and was fully equipped. This unit even had a washer and dryer which was convenient to dry wet towels and bathing suits. It had all the bed linens and bath towels needed. The grounds were clean and there was security 24/7. Tammy and Ken who own the unit were great in answering our questions. Renting this unit was easy and the location was great. The boys were able to walk to Atlantis as well as some restaurants. The beach was uncrowded and lots of offers for water sports. Bring your snorkeling gear because we saw fish and stingrays everyday, it was great!!! There is a beach bar in front of the hotel on the beach and a gazebo offering massages. We can't wait to go back to paradise.

Beautiful setting and perfect location!
Just returned from our 4 day stay at sunrise. This condo sits in an area of Sunrise Villas which has a beautiful pool which is exclusively for the few units that surround it. The pool deck hangs over a spectacular beach which is far enough away from Atlantis to be quiet, but close enough to go for a walk and explore the many great restaurants and shops (and yachts) on the boardwalk. We have been to Paradise Island before, but staying in this condo changed the entire experience. Its wonderful to wake up in the morning and be able to make your coffee and enjoy the great view from your quiet patio. The condo had 2 bedrooms, lots of towels ect....full kitchen with everything you need. The condo kitchen and bath were a little dated, but everything was clean and comfortable. Sofas seemed new and very comfortable (although we didnt spend much time sitting inside). We plan on returning!

Sunrise Beach Club #Nine 2BR 2B
This was a 2 Bed/2Bath unit just steps from the beautiful beach. This property is in desperate need of updating and cleaning. Everything is functional but showing major signs of years of use without deep cleaning and necessary maintenance. The kitchen is 1980's showing signs of rusting and mildew. The bathrooms need to be gutted. The carpet and tile needs to be pulled up and replaced. The bedding is old and dingy. On the bright side, the owners were easy to work with, the beach is so close, and the price was right. The little restaurant/bar has good wings and is convenient.
Atlantis is within walking distance. Its cool to walk through, very expensive to eat at. I think I would pay a little more to stay at a renovated unit.

Bahamas family vacation 2012
A great place for a family vacation! Comfortable condos (we rented two for the 10 of us), great pools, and right on the beach, just 5 minute walk from Atlantis. We didn't need a car and just walked everywhere (took a taxi one time to go to the Nassau market). Recommend it highly.

Fun Trip!
Well this was a wonderful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the Hotels. We could grill on the patio, walk the beach and just let our days roll by...The Kids took on atlantis while Mom and dad sipped boat drinks and held hands on the beach. We would swim during the day in the ocean and lay by the pool in the evening. The Condo has everything you could need or want. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen anything you need to cook a meal. We had the internet ( I could stay in touch with my office grrrrr.....kids could SKYPE home to family) fast and uninterrupted. We utilized the delivery grocery service. Now that is a fantastic deal. They even loaded it into our fridge and double checked the list to verify all items. I would walk in the morning down about 2 city blocks to the village for donuts
