The communication with the staff was amazing. They were really nice and available at all times. The apartment was very clean. Facilities were great. It is a perfect place for a longer vacation because you have everything you need in there. Lots of cafes and restaurants around.

You can hear the tram all night if you are not used to this or you are a light sleeper. Also the second bathroom(that was in the second bedroom) did not have a door. It could use one. None of these were much of a problem for us.

The apartment is large with very high ceilings, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is within easy reach of most tourist sites by tram , bus or metro and is surrounded by bars ,restaurants and shops. It has basics like an oven, fridge , washing machine and tumble drier.

The upper floors are accessible by an elevator but it is up a flight of steps. One of my party has disabilities. The kitchen cupboards are far too high and I needed to stand on a kitchen stool to reach basic items in the kitchen and to use the tumble drier. The kitchen seemed under equipped with only two white wine glasses and one red wine glass plus three mugs. This is an apartment for four people. The table has now been replaced by a breakfast bar and I wonder if four adults could eat at the same time. The bed was a king size but the bedding was for a single bed. The en suite bathroom did not have a door and anyone passing the window could see people sitting on the toilet unless the blinds were pulled down. A lot of the space for storage was used by the owner for her own equipment and bedding leaving limited storage space for guests. We did not gain easy access to the apartment . We were not given any information about how to get in or which floor to go to. The owner was on the third floor but the outside door was locked with a key pad . We were lucky to be allowed in by someone and rang the owner for more information but it was not a good start to our visit when we were left searching for the owner outside with no idea where to go.
