Spacious 1 bedroom apartment with king sized bed and large living room, fully appointed kitchen and comfortable bathroom. All very well presented, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Location was excellent- in the heart of the old town and just a couple of mins walk from Sao Bento metro and train station. Lockbox entry system worked very well.
Clunky management was the main downside. Eg on day of departure we were doing an 0800 tour of the Douro valley and then heading to the airport, so needed to check out and store luggage before management office and most left luggage facilities were open. Management were no help at all on this - but at least they were responsive so the “not interested - you’re on your own” came through quickly!
Also they make you fill in a lengthy online form with passport details etc in advance of arrival and refuse to provide property directions or check-in arrangements until you’ve been able to do it. In my case as I was travelling in remote areas with poor signal in the run-up to arrival this was quite inconvenient. And led to the rather uncomfortable situation of boarding a plane to Porto without yet having clear accommodation instructions re what to do on arrival.
Boiler was intermittent so hot water availability was patchy

The apartment was in a wonderful location. It was spacious and modern. It had all the facilities that it claimed and was above a craft market that closed before 6pm each night.
We had problems with lack of hot water over the weekend. The staff were very attentive to get it reported and with encouragement we’re able to compensate us for the two days with showers.
The problem is fixed and shouldn’t impact future guests.

Central location.
The security lights from the building across the room lit up the whole room if you were using the sofa bed. Maybe the blockout curtains scan be more sealed from the security floodlight.

Very roomy, well appointed apartment close to Sao Bento station. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted in Porto during our stay. The check in was totally remote, and codes were supplied by the host on day of arrival. The neighborhood is tourist focused as you would expect, but the apartment was very quiet. Large windows, corner location on a courtyard, clean, and well furnished apartment.
Nothing negative.
