Wonderful stay in a well appointed flat!

Huge flat with all the amenties you need. Very comfortable stay very close to Sao Bento station.

They are building the new metro line right by it, construction is a little dusty now but will be nice in the future.

Location was fantastic and place was clean and modern. Also staff was very helpful

We were at the second floor Place needs proper air conditioning unit. Standing air-con units are not enough to cool the place. Also whole place smells of sewage. Think its coming from the kitchen sink and bathroom sinks. But it was really bad. We had to open windows for smell to go out. Not sure whether this is building problem or something else
