We stayed here for three months for 40,000 baht including breakfast, booked via Booking. Do not expect much from the breakfast unless you enjoy overripe/spoiled fruit, processed food, and instant coffee.
We received two bottles of drinking water per day. This stopped once the staff noticed that we had purchased additional water ourselves, which we found strange and unprofessional.
The water pressure in the shower was very low, and several towels had an unpleasant odor, which was uncomfortable.
The most concerning issue was that the hotel was not familiar with the TM30 registration, which is a standard reporting requirement for accommodation providers in Thailand. The staff was unable to assist us, and we ultimately had to book another accommodation to have this properly arranged.
During our stay, we witnessed multiple situations where guests with valid Booking reservations could not check in, as rooms had already been allocated to other guests who paid in cash. This indicates poor management and overbooking.
Overall, the hotel is poorly organized and unprofessional. While the price was reasonable during our stay, at the current rates (approximately 2.5 times higher via Booking), the value for money is no longer justified.
