The room was clean on arrival and ready for us. There were complimentary lounge jackets and slippers. The room was serviced twice a week but extra towels or incidental items such as a toaster, were available on request. Staff were informative and helpful.
We arrived off an early morning flight from Paris. Early check-in to the room was available on arrival, at extra cost. We were very happy to pay the extra to have early access.
Communication with Louis Kienne staff prior to arrival was good.
It's in a very convenient location, close to the MRT and bus network, so it was easy to get around Singapore.
We were happy with our accommodation. Prior to booking and arrival we read the information available and looked at photos - we had correct expectations.

Room is literally clean and location is also near to MTR & BUS.
and we get access to go Kids room and Swimming Pool.
View from window is mesmerizing.
Two Bathroom helps us more than anything.
Sofa cum Bed is really awesome and my kids love that.
Appreciate if Hotel provide Breakfast also.
As Breakfast not available in Hotel.

We stayed at Louis Kienne Serviced Residences – Havelock as a family of four — two adults, an 8-year-old, and a 15-year-old — in a lovely one-bedroom apartment for three nights in August 2026.
The residence is conveniently located close to the train station, making it easy to get around Singapore. Tea and coffee were available on the ground floor, and the beautiful rooftop pool was a real highlight for the children, who absolutely loved it. Around a five-minute walk away is Beo Crescent Market, where you can find a bakery, breakfast options, and a wide variety of traditional local food.
All of the staff worked incredibly hard to keep the residence spotless and to provide excellent service throughout our stay.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend Louis Kienne Serviced Residences – Havelock to anyone looking for a peaceful, welcoming, and comfortable place to stay in Singapore.
