We had a wonderful 6-night stay at Great World Residences. The property was comfortable, convenient, and great for our family with young kids.
What impressed us most was the excellent guest service. Even after we had checked out and were already at the airport, the team went above and beyond to help us retrieve some belongings we accidentally left behind. They promptly coordinated with housekeeping and our driver to make sure our items were returned to us before our flight.
Special thanks to Fazly Zainordin from Guest Services for being so responsive, thoughtful, and helpful. We truly appreciated the extra effort and genuine care shown to our family!
Nothing significant to complain about. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

We had a 3 bed apartment and it was very spacious, 2 bathrooms and 3 generous bedrooms. It had everything you needed and the cold storage supermarket underneath was great for filling up the fridge . Very reasonably priced food, The location was great, right on MRT , walking distance to Robinson and Cole quay.
The gym was well equipped and clean . The staff were very helpful and the pool area was fabulous. Large pool, and 2 jacuzzi and lots of space.
They could have had a vending machine or cold drink place by the pool .

We took 2 units and were thoroughly impressed by the staff and the facilities, from check in until our departure. We even arranged to have our luggage transfered by Uber after a few days in storage and the staff made that seamless. Highly recommended.
