We liked the pool area, it was quiet and there were always beds available. Breakfast was good.
Room was little bit small for us with big luggages, also there was no wardrobe to hang the clothes.

It's clean
The bed is too small, location is far from public transportation, walking to the MTR require experience as the location has lots of blind spots with lots of car speeding up

I loved the warm welcomes, great vibe and creative decor. The lush gardens and pool were wonderful serene spaces.
We had a fire alarm and evacuation late one night. Whilst I was grateful and impressed with the functioning alarm etc I was a little surprised there was no follow up the next day to acknowledge the fire evacuation. An explanation of what happened and why would have helped feelings of safety and security. A simple check-in to make sure all guests were ok would have gone a long way. For some it may have been a little stressful.
