The configuration of the 3-bedroom apartment is excellent for our group. Each bedroom has its own bathroom (2 ensuite, 1 outside the room) so we dont have to share. The room with single bed and ensuite bathroom is at opposite end from the other 2 bedrooms which was perfect for our elderly companion who prefers a quiet room. The location is wonderful: quiet, leafy neighbourhood, we dont hear any traffic. Service is excellent: the housekeeping staff who served our floor (3rd floor, a Vietnamese lady i didnt get her name) was most helpful and friendly, and went out of her way to attend to our requests.
More easy-to-reach power sockets would be appreciated. The sockets are placed low and behind side tables or desks, and we had to move the furniture a little to plug in chargers, hair dryer, etc. Clothes and towels take a long time to dry in the flat, would be great if clothes rack is provided (we do not use dryer as it shrinks clothes) so we can dry our clothes near the big windows. These are small inconveniences, i would still recommend this property highly.

The access to the main hotel
Rooms had an odour. The apartments felt dated. Not enough towels and toilet paper were left behind.
