Fantastic stay with very friendly staff

The location was extremely the best ever as it is close to all activity and shopping center, also it is close to Ion MRT which connect you to all Singapore. I did not try the breakfast but I knew it is served to the room which makes it a super services for who comes for leisure.

Disappointing

- They have full occupied kitchen

- The apartment was very small not what we was expected as shown in the pictures - Some of the staff members in the reception ( especially the man with short hair is rude as I’m talking with him and he is looking at his computer , I ask them to provide an international breakfast instead of Asian food he said this is what we can provide , otherwise choose pastries Btw there is no breakfast buffet, they provide the breakfast to your apartment in brown paper bag - No one told us and they didn’t mentioned that the cleaning service is scheduled in specific days

A terrific choice that offers a full kitchen too.

I had no idea of any free breakfast. We purchased eggs, cereal, juice, almond milk, fruits, etc in a local supermarket and made breakfast daily in the well appointed kitchen. We were confused with the housekeeping schedule however the housekeepers were wonderful : friendly and extremely good workers in my opinion. We had a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on the 14th floor which was good size and a good layout. Bathrooms were a good size with modern toilets and terrific showers. The master bedroom bathroom had a bathtub too. AC and WI-FI were excellent. We had a problem with our TV service which a friendly and very competent technician addressed for us. When I saw water leaking from the bottom freezer portion of our refrigerator, 2 very courteous and competent technicians ably fixed it for us. The property is well cared for and the location is excellent.

A better explanation of breakfast offerings and the housekeeping schedule would make sense in my opinion. Otherwise this is a well run and maintained property.

This accommodation is good value for money and the location is very convenient to everything.

Room was clean and roomy. The location was excellent for easy access to Orchard Road and the main shopping, Hotel and transport options. Having small kitchen with the ability to self-cater for breakfast was a real advantage for us.

The bathroom was very "compact" - strictly a one-person bathroom. We found this a little irritating. The air-conditioning system was very efficient but quite noisy.

Great location, a 5min walking distance to food courts, transportation, and grocery store.

Complete amenities, great kitchen with full sized fridge and double stove, full washer dryer. I stayed in the studio and it was a good size.

I wish I can air out the room (by opening the windows, even just a bit). At least if they don't allow opening the windows, there should be like an air purifier. Because even cooking simple meals (even with the cooking exhaust) can make the room smell and the air doesn't circulate making the smell linger the whole stay. Imagine cooking everyday. But even if not cooking, there has to be more air circulation. Another downside is that they don't have service elevators.

Stay was pleasant, staffs are helpful

Cleaniness, buses to few places , room clean.

Rooms not exactly what the photos displayed before change company, far to reach to certain places, breakfast not much variety not worth the value. Some breakfast food items missing.

Great location, bright room, helpful and friendly Housekeeping attendant.

1) The first room assigned had mold on headboard. Fortunately, another room was assigned that night. 2) Apparently, there is no service elevator. Employees from different departments comandeer both guest lifts at the same time, causing long waits for guests. 3) Guest service telephone not always answered.

Not bad

Location was great, and Booking.com gave the best price at short notice, thanks! The beds were extremely comfy.

Breakfast left much to be desired, there was a lot of waste because we kept throwing them out. Also, the lifts were very very slow and had to service many floors.

Quiet and comfortable stay.

Room was clean. We got a free room upgrade. Staff was very friendly. Special mention to Joo who attended to all our requests promptly with a smile on her face.

Room service came into my room without warning. Shocking.
