I was in a wheelchair, mostly accessible but some room for improvement. For example the cocktail bar only accessible up stairs, other areas required circular routes to access. Getting in lifts at busy times very difficult no priority. Had to give up on breakfast in the kitchen restaurant as I could not get around. I think perhaps the hotel could ask a member of staff to move around in a chair for a day or two. There were quite a few smaller problems (irritating if you are in a chair) however staff always tried to help.
As a disabled person my room was very good, except opening and closing the door was difficult at best, really struggled.

The valley wing was a bit old, but certainly it felt classy

Overall a decent stay, reasonably clean and very lavish lobby. The spa and hot tub facilities were very old and dimly lit.
However for the price of the room, the design of the room lacked interest - it was rather generic.
