All good with regards to the room and facilities.
When I arrived, I parked at the OKU parking lot because I have an OKU card issued in Malaysia. Also at that time, the OKU lots were free and I feel easier for me to unload my luggages. However, the security guard told me to move and park at the normal lot. When I showed him my OKU card he said it is a Malaysian OKU card, inferring that it is not valid in Singapore. Also, he said 'You can walk right? OKU is for people in wheelchair' True, I can walk but with difficulty because I had polio when I was young. If the ground is uneven, I may fall anytime. This is the most humiliating experience for me. As not to argue further, I removed my car and parked at the normal lot for the remaining 3 days stay. If there is someone with wheelchair who needs to park, of course I am more than glad to move elsewhere, but the OKU lots were empty during my stay in the hotel. The remark by the security guard was rude and humiliating.
