Situated in a quiet, friendly court, Rienzi is ideal for 6-8 although can sleep up to 10 with sofa beds. The house features 3 bedrooms, modern bathroom with bath, separate newly renovated shower room, 2 toilets, kitchen with dishwasher, dining room, lounge room, separate living room and laundry. It has off street parking for 2 cars. It has a large sunny deck with a BBQ, large table & chairs that overlooks a spacious backyard. The front garden is open and pleasant. This is a lived in beach house that has all the amenities you will need. It is not ultra modern but it is charming and comfortable in a friendly neighborhood. There are many extra's such as hair dryer, DVD's, games, books, kids toys, bean bags, yoga mat and more. There is a portable AC that is setup for those rare times when the weather is exceptionally hot. There is a ceiling fan in the main bedroom and an extra free standing fan for where it is needed. Generally speaking the house is comfortable with good air flow. There is a fake fire gas heater in the lounge and additional heaters for cooler weather. BED LINEN PROVIDED. 2 bedrooms with Queen beds, bunk room with bunk bed, 1 single bed and a trundle. Sofa beds also in the lounge room. We aim to make your stay as stress-free as possible. We provide bed linen and many basic items to help make your stay relaxing. Bath towels not included although these can be provided for an additional cost. Rienzi is family friendly, and is an ideal place to enjoy the best Portsea and the Peninsula has to offer. Rienzi has no stairs and is easily accessible from the carport to the front door, throughout the house and out onto the deck. The only stairs are from the deck to the backyard. It's in a quiet, peaceful location yet close to so much. Nearby: Less than 2km to Portsea Pub, Portsea Village, Portsea Surf Club, Portsea Back Beach and Portsea Golf Course. And even closer to the beautiful Shelley Beach on the bay side. Many great walks throughout Point Nepean Park. Gentle bay beaches at Shelley Beach, Point King, Weeroona Bay (Portsea) and the Point Nepean Quarantine Station for swimming and kids. Stunning ocean beaches with scenic lookouts at the Portsea Surf Life Saving Club, London Bridge and Sorrento back beach, not to mention the rock pools.
