Near 1km saphan khwai bts train station. near 2km chatuchak night market.
there is no reception. You need to call their phone number when arrive apartment, they will give password to take key from keybox. And you need to give 200 baht deposit.

Small balcony with great city view. Comfy and big bed, refrigerator, free WiFi (ask for the Password). It´s an apartment building where many young people live, some rooms are rented out to tourists. Late check-in possible but you need to call the lady and use LINE to get further instructions. Great value for money !
It´s a bit hard to find. Need to install LINE to communicate with the receptionist. It´s about 15 min walk to the next SRT station. Nearby restaurants are higher priced as it´s a wealthier part of BKK. But street vendors are there, too.

I only paid 2000 for three nights at the peak of holiday season. I prefer 4 star but I needed this location. It was very basic so for the low price it was everything I could have wished for.
It would have been nice to have hot water. But hey, it was so cheap.
