Really loved the location. Staff were very accommodating and supported as much as possible. Room was easy to access.
The bedding could have been of a higher quality.

Good value room and spacious bathroom.
Efficient staff.
Traffic rather noisy although the windows when shut block out the noise.
The walk to/from the S Bahn is along a main road and some may find it a little intimidating late at night.
Bus stop is outside the hotel although the wait for a bus is longer than advertised.

The staff was very cooperative. Easy access to the hotel, right on main road. Car parking was free and it was overall nice.

The location was not far from central Hamburg, And the price very reasonable. Staff were helpful. Shower was very good.
Single bed very narrow. Minimal bedding so needed to turn heating high at night. Non smoking room but hotel had strong odour of tobacco throughout the ground floor. Hamburg Road maintenance detours and suspended bus stop made it awkward to reach . Location is near several major roads with fast traffic that need crossing so care has to be taken..
