Perfect location and very nice staff! I was coming late at night due to DB delays, but they kept reception open for me to check me in

The staff is very friendly and nice.
Generally I'd say that the place is quite ok, I saw hostels much dirtier and with less comfort for bigger prices. Yes, the price is good. The location is great.
It is possible that I return to this hostel when I need a stay in Hamburg again
I won't say that it was very dirty in the bathroom as the others say. But there was quite a strong smell in the bathroom and in the kitchen. Bearable though. Also, no AC and because the window was open in the hot night there was no option to close the curtains and it was very bright in the room.
