Schönes Hotel in guter Lage. U/S-Bahn in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels. Alles sauber. Check In problemlos.
Es gibt im Zimmer keinen Schrank, Tresor oder ähnliches. Zumindest ein Tresor sollte heutzutage Standard sein.

Großes und vielseitiges Frühstücksbuffet. Geräumiges, sauberes Zimmer mit schalldichten Fenstern, was wegen der vorbeifahrenden S-Bahn nicht unwichtig war. Freundliches Personal. Bus, S-Bahn und StadtRad in der Nähe, so dass man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem und schnell erreichen kann.
Die Lage ist zentrumsnah (20 min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof), aber nicht schön, S-Bahn direkt vorm Fenster und viele Baustellen, aber da kann das Hotel auch nichts machen:)

Das Frühstück war fein, es hätte aber ein bisschen besseres Brot geben können. Die lage war zwar nahe am Bahnhof Hamburg und einer U-Bahn Station, aber die gegend war heruntergekommen und man fühlte sich nicht sicher. Wenn es dunkel ist würde ich niemandem empfehlen alleine unterwegs zu sein.
Die Zimmer sahen auf den Fotos grösser aus. Zu dritt konnte man sich fast nicht bewegen. Der Shop beim Eingang war viel zu teuer.

Clean as expected. Prices are more than fair
Hairdryer wasn’t working properly. The bathroom and toilet was not the same as in the other hotels. Bed wasn’t very comfortable either like in the other hotels. Parking spaces were very small aswell but are on site. Area is not the greatest and not a business area as stated online.
