Gute Lage, eine Station mit der S-Bahn vom HBF oder 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Die S-Bahn Station ist direkt um die Ecke. Das Hotel ist sehr einladend, modern und sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt

The breakfast was definitely the highlight of my stay — fresh, with beautiful river views, and a bonus: you can order an omelette. I also appreciated the refreshments available in the lobby (water and snacks) — even though I didn’t use them, I think many guests would find that thoughtful.
The room itself was nice, though quite dark. The free minibar was a great idea, especially since there are no shopping options nearby or at the location.
Honestly hotel itself is nice, but lot of managing issues.
Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. While not entirely the hotel's fault, there is ongoing road construction in front of the building, making it impossible to reach the hotel by car. There’s no designated area to stop and unload luggage, which made check-in and check-out extremely stressful. Guests were struggling with suitcases, and the hotel provided no assistance. No luggage trolleys were available, and although there is a lift (including a handicap elevator), you still have to carry your bags up the initial stairs to the reception.
If you have mobility issues or simply prefer not to carry heavy luggage up stairs, I would not recommend staying here.
Parking was another issue. While the hotel claims to offer parking, it’s not organized, and reservations aren’t possible. First come first served. Despite specifically requesting parking in advance (as we were traveling with a new, expensive car), my request was ignored, and no parking was available on arrival. The nearest alternative was at another hotel — a very narrow and tight spot that was difficult to access. (2 x 2,3m)
The staff at check-in was unhelpful and inflexible. We arrived late, and by the time we managed to sort out parking, all nearby restaurants were closed. The lack of support definitely made a difficult situation worse.
Lastly, I asked about late checkout and was immediately told “no, we’re fully booked.” It didn’t seem like they even checked. Overall, the issue didn’t seem to be the hotel itself, but rather the staff — who came across as uninterested, unaccommodating, and, frankly, not customer-focused.
