The room was clean and in a great location for a city break - we were using the electric scooters dotted around the hotel and it only took 8 or 9 minutes to get into the centre. It was also very convenient to take the train from Hamburg HBF which is up the road. A budget hotel but exactly what I look for in one - clean, easy to check in, friendly staff, good location, nice staff, and bonus points for the excellent cocktail bar downstairs which is part of the Ibis complex too.
Honestly for a budget hotel for a short city break it was brilliant. No complaints.

Location is great, has parking, good breakfast and nice people at the reception. Also comfortable mattress and clean
Pillows are terrible, extra flat and small and literally not good. Also room was a bit too small but ok

Friendly staff
Disgusting blood stain on pillow,dorm-like rooms not ideal for grown-ups. The room was small. No bedside table,just some tiny stool.
