I stayed only one night during the Hamburg Triathlon. The staff was really nice and allowed me to take my bike with me. The room was pretty good.
Location is not so very nice

Inexpensive, near train station so handy for Airport. Also subway so handy for traveling in/around Hamburg. Breakfast is a good, continental selection.
Rooms a bit basic but functional. I have an issue with hotels that don't provide irons in the rooms, especially for business travel.

The staff was friendly and the location was perfect. 5 min walk to a main metro station.
The room was incredibly small!!! We were 3 people but it was impossible to even reach out to our bags without stepping into someone else’s bed… I don’t recommend to book the 3 bed bedroom because it’s way too small.
