Super friendly staff, big bed , great bathroom, lot of space in the room. Staff are always on site.
We love everything. Free parking spots around the hotel area.
Maybe some complimentary bottle water in the room.
Also, expected reasonable price for house guests for water i think 5€ for 0.5 l water bottle is too much.

Well decorated and maintained hotel. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is good. The area is less appealing though so we did not walk around the hotel. It is fine to serve as a base to explore Hamburg.
The charging stations for EVs only work with the hotel system and are quite expensive.

Clean and big room. Good room structure. Great breakfast with lots of options.
The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were old. The stuff only spoke german. Minimum english and only when there was no other way. There was a problem with the keycard and it took all day for them to fix. Not helpful and not welcoming.
