Great hotel and friendly staff
Sadly, the first room we stayed in smelt of cigarette smoke and the second room had plumbing problems. We were moved for a third time into a smaller room but the staff were very helpful with sorting this out.

Location is great and staff very professional and friendly
There was no shampoo in the shower dispenser , this should be check after every check out the bottle was empty. But we were have our own personal hair shampoo.

The room was nice and clean. Some members of the staff were very helpful and the location was good.
We had to sleep in the same small bed with our 12 year old son. I get that children don't pay but there should be any other options like when you travel with an older kid.
In our second night there I needed hot water for the night and when I asked at the front desk, a not so kind lady answered that the bar was closed and she could omly give me microvawed water... this has NEVER happened to me before.
