Beds, towels, shower and room was clean. A functional hotel.
Carpet could have been much cleaner. No ventilation and window to the main street was quite loud at times as there is also a market below,

Location is very close to Hamburg Central Station, the room has a good size with 2 beds (1 double, 1 single) and it was clean.
Summer is getting hotter, there is neither air conditioning nor fans.

Conveniently placed, close to the station and facilities clean.
The person at reception desk was having a loud argument when l arrived which was very unwelcoming. They were not able to assist with my over- booking. Not impressed with the treatment received! Location was a little dodgy!
