Breakfast and breakfast area staff were good....the Reception staff were also good.......bedroom was very comfortable......a nice quiet area....all staff were very helpful.....I would have no hesitation in staying in this hotel again...a 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop......and a 8 minute walk to the nearest U Bahn stop
I am not a fan of having a shower by standing in a Bath tub....it can be dangerous ..,,I much prefer a walk in shower.. or a stand alone shower......very people use baths in present times....,,a total waste of water

The room itself was large and although directly on the main street and besides the lift was reasonably quiet. The staff were very friendly and efficient
We were attending the Deutsche Derby at Hamburg Racecourse and the first floor facilities like the toilets were all closed as the hotel was worried about people outside coming in to use them. There was no parking by the hotel as the parking is owned by the Racecourse and on race days Race Horse owners and others take priority. The breakfast was very good but for a substantial amount of time there were not enough Tables and we were left sitting on the terrace in the rain - with other hotel guests.
