We visited Hamburg during one of the hottest days of the year, and the air conditioning in the hotel was an absolute blessing. The location was excellent, bus, s-bahn and u-bahn about 10min by walking and the staff were very friendly and helpful and and the lobby had a lovely atmosphere. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.
The only one thing was that the rooms didn’t have a refrigerator, which would have been very useful, especially during such hot weather.

nice lobby, the room was fine apart from the temperature
the room was very stuffy and the air con didn’t seem to work. The feature on the TV to connect a phone didn’t work. They add a €30 ‘deposit’ per night to the charge which they didn’t tell us at check in.
