Really comfortable rooms, treats and water in reception. It was easy to get to from the train.

Hotel staff wasnt to friendly. No information about breakfast, no direction where i need to go to find my room etc

The staff on Reception were lovely, very helpful
It was advertised as having a restaurant which is part of the reason why we chose it. The website was a bit vague as to the opening times. Then on Saturday night, having walked all the way back after a day out- and no taxis being available due to the public transport strike- we were tired and needed to feed the kids- and were shocked to hear there was no dinner and so the option was a takeaway sat on our beds in our room- which was average. Very disappointing.
The other issue was that the mattresses were very hard and my back ached the next day. In contrast the pillows were too soft and didn’t support my neck.
