I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for sleeping and relaxing. The location was also good, and I had a pleasant stay.

Nice and clean room. In close proximity from city center and the main train station is near. You could check-in really late as you got your card from the machine.
It was cold in the bathroom as it was not possible to close a window there. The street on which the apartment is located is loud and dirty, with a lot of shady and unpleasant individuals loitering around. For some reason we were moved from one apartment to another before the check-in, so it created a little bit of a hustle.

The room and facilities are fairly new, clean, spacious. The price on a Thursday was great, 37 euro - their pricing on weekends seemed insane.
The check-in is drama. The machine takes ages, then doesn't tell you which room. You have to run through hotel trying every door. The curtains were partially broken. The shower gel was empty, so was the toilet paper. Located behind Steindamm... do not walk there at night. This is the most sketchy neighborhood, druggies lying on streets, accosting you, mental health issues, drunks. I hadn't realized just how bad it had become. I was 'lucky' that there was a huge police raid when I got back around midnight, so the street was agitated, but focused on the police, not me.
