It was clean and close to public transport plus close to certain city attractions
No 4 star amenities - no minibar, no closet in the room (which made it difficult for a longer stay), no amenities like slippers, bathrobes, etc. No possibility to hvae food in the hotel, no possibility to order something and charge it to the room. For a 4 star hotel, there are really not a lot of services one might expect.
