beautiful quaint stay in scopello great location

amazing views and large space with beautiful terrace. perfect for a couple wanting to have the scopello experience but feel more private than staying down at the fishery.

the showers are very small so you will touch the shower curtains when using them

a little piece of paradise worth the stay and hope to return!

It was a bit secluded and we had our own access to the water. The views were amazing. free parking Full amenities staff was really attentive

it wasn’t easy to find at first because it’s on the same address as a historic site, but once we got there, it was perfect for us. if possible, buy your groceries in Palermo- the nearby ones are almost 50% higher in price!

Nice location, cozy villa, need to check details more closely on Booking.com

The location is beautiful. It is rather difficult to find when you fist arrive. We learnt a lesson and need to double check Booking.com details for any future trips to check exactly where we are staying. We were under the impression that we were staying in an historical tower but on arrival we was told that this wasn't the case and the costs for 1 night in the tower (which can only accommodate 2 persons) costs in excess of €600 for 1 x night. We stayed in one of 2 x lovely villas with spectacular views. However, tourists frequently walk past and often disturb any privacy. We was told that we had private access to the sea which is down some very steep steps and spiral staircase which isn't suitable for people who suffer with vertigo or any disabilities. It was like ab sailing down a cliff. If you are able to get to the bottom the swimming and the clear blue sea is fantastic. One day we completely ran out of water at the villa and had to ask the host what was the reason and was told this is a normal situation in the summer and they had to order a tanker of water to be delivered from the next town which took 3 hours. I appreciate that this can happen in the current global climate but it would have been nice to have been informed that this may happen when we checked in. I have to say that when we asked the host for any information they were very helpful and polite. The other problem is where to eat as the villa is in a remote area. The couple of local restaurants get full very quickly and are quite expensive. The nearest town is Castellammare del Golfo which is several miles away and quite difficult to find a parking space in August but well worth a visit. Lovely in the evening and good for shopping and eating. Beautiful old harbour.

private villa and private access to ocean, like the peacefulness

property is traditional and old which i was aware going into it. some things could be taken care off a bit better

Fantastic view. Accommodations left a bit to be desired.

Stunning view. Amazing view. The view was the best thing ever. The patio was lovely.

The interiors were a bit dim and drab - could use an update for the cost.

Incredible View and Private Historical Park off-season.

Fantastic location, view. Very private villa in an historical park normally closed to public midweek off-season. Special events on weekends.

A truly unique setting with a picture postcard view.

The pictures give a clear idea of what to expect. However, a walk around the area is needed to fully appreciate the setting. Check out the trail and stairs to the water. Restaurants are just up the hill or a short drive away.

It's worthwhile to agree clearly about an arrival time at the front gate.

Gorgeous outdoors, out of date inside

Beautiful view from our room, looking right out onto the water. The outdoor area was lovely, new outdoor furniture and great area to eat, sit and drink during day and night. Only 10 min walk to Centre of town for restaurants and bars. bedrooms has AC

Sicilian styled decor basically meant - has not been renovated or touched for 30+ years. the beds were ancient and uncomfortable, it was dark and few of the lights worked. Kitchen was so old and unusable. Showers tiny and old. Spent majority of our time sitting outdoors as we found being inside unpleasant.

Just WOW. Stunning views. Super nice hosts. Very well equipped kitchen.Its a gem 💎. best place at Scopello.Thanks again to Gabriella who fixed every little thing in very short time. We had a very great time and we will return definitely again.

Amazing location!

The place is just amazing. The tower will be totally yours with a private access to the sea. You’ll also have a top terrace and a lower patio. The interior looks also very nice and the general atmosphere is great. A stunning experience not to be missed. Highly Recommended.

The shower head was really old and the internet is not really working.

Very convenient, comfortable and quiet. Beautiful location with sea and nature.

Location was beautiful, close to the sea and very quiet, conveniently located. Day trips were easy to make and a very good vegetable market with take away foods were within minutes of Torre de Scopello

AMAZING!

Do not hesitate in booking. This villa is in the most beautiful location, private access to beach via steps (Snorkelling aplenty) and walking distance to Tonara. The villa itself is charming and it’s provided with all the essentials you need to have a comfortable stay. The pergola area was a treat and the views are picture perfect. We will be back. Grazie Mille! X
