Good location - not too far to walk to Old Town. A Konzum grocery store right outside the apartment. The apartment had about everything you'd need for a longer stay (I was there 2 weeks). Decent sized fridge, stove top, oven, A/C, larger shower than typical in many rentals. There was a washing machine available in the hallway storage room. The building was quite quiet. The host is very nice, easy to reach, and communicate with. I've already inquired about staying here again.
This isn't a huge deal, but the apartment is on the 3rd floor, no elevators. It wasn't bad except when hauling heavy, awkward luggage. I was a little nervous about tripping while going down. The outside common/parking areas could use a clean-up.
