The host is a very nice guy, the location is perfect, everything is within a walking distance, breakfast was fine, the room was clean, nothing was out of service, overall it's a very nice stay for its price.
It's pretty hard to find, there's no sign anywhere around it and the building could really use some maintenance, it looks like it can crumble any minute. When I saw the building at the specified address, I thought it's some kind of joke, but when I finally got inside, everything was very nice and clean.

Great location. Nice area to ourselves, breakfast was good!
You cannot find the entrance by yourself. The host contacts you and waits in the road at arrival - which is great. Only we couldn’t contact the host that our flight was delayed, so unfortunately he had to wait long for us in the night.

This is not a hotel!, but rooms for rent on the 3rd floor of a building that is undergoing (and needs) extensive renovation. There is no host present, only someone who comes (if you call) in connection with check-in and check-out. We had booked for two adults and one child (13y), but the room (and bed) was hardly big enough for two persons.
That the place is hard to find is the least of my worries. As a professional safety consultant I became very concerned about fire safety at this premises, both with regard to the probability of a fire , and (especially) evacuation options. We chose to find a hotel nearby. It was excellent, at a room rate that was actually lower than what we had to pay at this location.

Hotel building is a haunted castle. Very bad smell of cat urine and faeces spread at the entrance and even in starecase.

up. the owner dont know english, it was little difficult to communicate but we manage with hands action !!

This is not a Hotel but family stay rooms. It was a great experience and they all really nice. However It is hard to find and we've been lucky the lady owner was downstairs when we've arrived. (see pic for the entrance - it's real)
